Clipping this on took maybe ten seconds, and the difference in control is honestly night and day. The textile has a bit of texture to it so it doesn't slip even when things get sweaty.

The strap definitely helps me keep a firm hold on the device, which was my main issue before. Only thing is the textile can get a bit slippery once things get messy, so I have to readjust sometimes. Still worth having.
